"Stayed in the Anglers rest holiday homes for a hen weekend and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
The houses were spacious, clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you need, if they did not have it there the owners were more than obliging to get it for you.
The owner treated us so well, he took his car down to the end of his lane to lift our bags for us so we wouldn’t have to carry them up, he took us all out summer seats as we were all sitting out on the step enjoying the sun, he took the girls to the off-licence as they were going to walk.
He taxied us to the town in the evening for two euro each and he also picked us up after the nightclub as soon as we phoned him.
He was really patient and good.
The houses were just a short spin from the town and were just perfect for large groups.
If you’re going on a break to Carrick on Shannon then stay here!! "

"Really enjoyed our stay here at the Angler's Rest! The rooms were beautiful, immaculate and exactly as they are on the website. The breakfast was very nice and the owners were very friendly! Carrick is just a short journey away and the taxi onsite is a great service!
Really recommend staying in this B&B!! Cannot fault it at all! "
